Information we use

The inquiry form collects your name, contact details, country, company and project requirements. Required fields allow us to identify and respond to your request. Optional fields help us assess the project.

Inquiry source information

For the current browsing session, we store the first page you visit, the referring website’s origin and campaign tags (source, medium and campaign). This information is sent with your inquiry to help us understand which pages and campaigns bring useful requests. It does not include your browsing history, the referrer’s full URL or advertising click IDs. Session information is stored in your browser for this session; we do not install third-party analytics cookies for this feature. Contact clicks, form starts, submission attempts and provider-accepted submissions emit local conversion events without form contents or contact details. These events are not sent to an analytics provider by this feature.

Delivery and access

When email delivery is enabled, inquiries are sent to WTBF through the Resend email service. We use the information to review your project and communicate with you. If delivery fails, the form retains your entries so you can retry or send them using your email application.

Your preferences and requests

The website stores your appearance preference in your browser. Inquiry drafts and the entry page, referring website and campaign information are kept in this tab’s session storage. Drafts expire after 24 hours and are cleared after a successful submission or when you choose Clear draft. The style and colour order planner also stores its quantity breakdown in this tab for up to 24 hours and clears it after successful submission. Consent is not saved. Contact the email below if you want to correct or request deletion of inquiry details you have provided.
