WTBF can discuss bulk sweater and knitwear orders from 1,000 to 1,000,000 pieces. The factory has 500 machines, 100 employees and annual capacity of one million garments. Order capacity and shipment dates are confirmed against the material plan and available production schedule.
What must be agreed before bulk sweater production?
Before bulk sweater production, agree quantities by style, colour and size, yarn availability, the approved sample and measurement chart, inspection criteria, packing and dispatch milestones. WTBF assesses projects of 1,000–1,000,000 pieces against available capacity. Annual capacity and conditional seven-day dispatch do not establish the delivery schedule for an individual large order.
Bulk knitwear production means manufacturing an agreed order quantity against approved materials, garment specifications and a confirmed production schedule.

Add one row per style and colour. We total the garments and carry this breakdown into your inquiry. Estimates are welcome; yarn availability, minimums per style and colour, and the schedule still need confirmation.
Plan your order before sampling
01
Build the quantity and material plan
Break the order into styles, colours and sizes, and identify which specifications are shared. Confirm yarn sourcing and colour approval before scheduling production. Annual factory capacity is not the available capacity for a single order or deadline.
02
Define approval and inspection milestones
Agree the sample, measurements, tolerances and any required tests before production starts. For wash and performance testing, confirm methods, wash/dry conditions, sample coverage and written acceptance criteria separately from visual inspection. Record who reviews reports and authorizes release, and allow time for corrections and retesting.
03
Coordinate phased dispatch and arrival
If you need multiple deliveries, give the quantity, destination and required date for each batch. Agree packing, shipment terms and documents separately from production timing. Seven-day dispatch is a conditional option for eligible projects, not a blanket promise for large orders.

What is WTBF’s annual knitwear production capacity?
The factory’s stated annual capacity is one million garments, with 500 machines and 100 employees in a 10,000 m² facility. Actual order timing depends on style complexity, materials, approvals and the available production schedule.
Can I request an order of one million garments?
Orders from 1,000 to 1,000,000 pieces can be discussed. A very large order needs a confirmed capacity plan and may require phased production and shipments. Annual capacity does not mean one million pieces are available for immediate dispatch.
What happens if a bulk sweater test misses the agreed requirement?
Agree the affected styles or batches, proposed correction, retesting scope and buyer approval before release. Changes to yarn, construction, finishing or care conditions may require another sample and revised timing or cost. A corrected sample does not automatically approve every colour or production batch.
What should a bulk knitwear quotation include?
Agree the product specification, quantities, unit price and currency, sample charges, labels, packing, inspection or testing requirements, payment terms and shipment terms. Identify what is included and confirm production and transit schedules separately.
