Private Label Knitwear Manufacturer for Global Brands
WTBF develops private-label sweaters and knitwear for brands, retailers and importers worldwide. OEM begins with your design specification; ODM begins with a product direction developed together. Both require an approved sample and agreed production details.
What does a private-label knitwear order include?
A private-label knitwear order combines the garment specification with the buyer’s approved branding requirements. Confirm yarn, fit, labels, artwork placement, trims and retail packing during sampling. Identify the destination market and any requested tests or documents before quotation; the final sample and order specification should cover both the garment and its presentation.
Private-label knitwear means knitted garments produced for sale under the buyer’s brand with agreed labels, artwork and presentation.
Use OEM when you have measurements, construction details and a tech pack. Use ODM when you need to develop the yarn, knit structure or fit from an early reference. Share which decisions are already fixed and which need development before sampling is quoted.
02
Make the branding specification complete
Provide label artwork, dimensions, placement, size labels and packing requirements. Identify the destination market and any required care or composition information. Testing, claims and documentation requirements must be agreed for the order; they are not assumed from a private-label request.
03
Approve a production reference
Review the garment together with its labels, trims and packing. Record final measurements, colour references and accepted revisions in one specification. Align the proposed care instructions with the agreed wash and performance test brief, and identify any reports required before approval. Agree artwork usage and confidentiality or design ownership requirements before sharing restricted materials.
What to send for a quotation
OEM tech pack or ODM reference and development priorities
Yarn, fit, size range and quantity by style and colour
Brand artwork, label placement and retail packing
Destination market, required tests and delivery date
Share the details you already have. Email references and tech packs to xyzzzlife@gmail.com; sample charges, MOQ, price and delivery terms are confirmed before ordering.
Brand labels, size labels and packing can be discussed for your order. Send the artwork and placement requirements so material, sample approval and costs can be confirmed before production.
Do I need a complete tech pack to start?
A complete tech pack helps an OEM quotation. If you only have reference images or a sample, WTBF can discuss an ODM development brief. Measurements, materials, construction and approval criteria still need confirmation before bulk production.
How should care instructions and test evidence be approved?
Provide the proposed care instructions, required tests and sample coverage before quotation. Agree the methods, conditions and acceptance criteria with the testing provider and buyer. Confirm any requested reports, costs and approval timing; adding a brand label does not establish wash or pilling performance.
Can private-label projects start with a small order?
Small orders of 50–100 pieces are accepted. Confirm the garment quantity per style and colour together with any separate label, trim or packaging minimums during quotation.
