Share a front and back sketch, reference photos and the intended wearer. Identify details that must be retained and those that can be adjusted. A reference alone does not define dimensions or construction.
Describe yarn and fit
Specify composition, desired hand feel, season and colour references. Include a measurement chart, size range and the fit you want. If yarn is undecided, explain your priorities so alternatives can be evaluated in sampling.
Plan the commercial details
State quantities by style and colour, target price with currency, destination and required delivery date. These details help assess material availability and production scope before a quotation is confirmed.
Agree what approval means
Review dimensions, appearance, stitch structure and finishing together. Record changes in one revision before confirming bulk production. WTBF can review a tech pack or help turn an early reference into a sampling direction.
