Website use and knitwear inquiry terms

Understand how WTBF product references, inquiries, quotations and sample approvals relate to a custom knitwear order.

Product references and website information

The catalogue presents starting points for custom development. Images and buying guides help explain a product or process; they do not confirm stock, a fixed price or the specification of an order. Ask WTBF to confirm the yarn, construction, measurements and intended use for your project.

Inquiries, quotations and orders

Sending an inquiry requests a discussion or quotation. It does not place an order or reserve materials or production capacity. Before ordering, agree the written quotation, specification, quantities, sample approval, payment arrangements, delivery scope and any other order conditions directly with WTBF.

Quantities and timing

WTBF accepts discussions about 50–100-piece small orders and 1,000–1,000,000-piece bulk projects. Minimums per style and colour, material availability and capacity are confirmed for each project. Three-day sampling and seven-day dispatch are conditional options after requirements and materials are confirmed. Dispatch is separate from international arrival.

Design references and sample approval

Share designs and reference materials that you are authorised to use. Identify any confidentiality or intellectual-property requirements before sharing sensitive files. Review the actual sample, measurements, labels, trims and packing against an agreed specification before authorising production.

Delivery and destination requirements

Include your delivery country and required arrival date in the inquiry. Freight responsibilities, delivery terms, inspection requirements and destination-specific labels or documents need to be agreed for the actual order. A buying guide does not replace the confirmed order specification or advice from your appointed import or testing specialist.
