Review measurements against agreed tolerances, seams, linking, surface appearance and decoration placement. Required performance tests and inspection arrangements should be agreed before production.
Review labels and packing
Confirm brand labels, size labels, care information, barcodes and carton markings against buyer artwork. Agree folding, individual packing and carton quantities for the destination.
Coordinate the handover
Confirm the shipment address, transport arrangements and required documents. A shipment schedule should reflect approved samples, material availability and the agreed order scope. Share any deadline at the first inquiry.
